The estate 'La Chataigneraie' is located in the Parc Naturel Regional Perigord Limousin near Jumilhac le Grand (hamlet Bourdoux). Here this cozy holiday home or gîte, as the French call it, is for rent. The holiday home, or gîte, is located at the bend of the driveway to the mansion.
Here 6 people can enjoy a cozy living room with open kitchen, three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed). The living room has a dining and seating area, with TV (via a satellite connection) and fast WiFi internet throughout the holiday home. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and there is a bathroom with shower.

This beautiful bungalow was completely renovated in 2024 and equipped with double glazed windows, electric heating, and an electric hot water boiler.
Enjoy the view to the southwest, the lake for swimming and fishing, and the lush chestnut orchard. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. With its own covered terrace and a secluded garden, this is the ideal nature cottage for both families and couples.
