Rates Rental Accommodations

The rental price is the amount for the use of the accommodation, the fixed inventory, and includes the use of gas, water, electricity, internet plus (with normal use) per person 1 set: bed linen.

For practical reasons, we rent out the accommodations per week from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions are possible by arrangement.

We take care of the removal of your residual waste, the costs (TEOM) will be charged to you. All other waste, such as: paper, plastic, cans and glass must (separately) be disposed of by yourself.

A reservation is only final after receipt of the deposit. The down payment must be made no later than two months before arrival, and the remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to reservations and agreements.

If the accommodation is left clean and tidy by you upon departure, no extra cleaning costs will be charged.
