Rob and Adrienne, both of Dutch origin, have realized their dream at 'La Châtaigneraie' in the French Dordogne. After living in Alphen aan den Rijn for years, they longed for more peace, space, and a more pleasant climate. With Adrienne's network in France and Rob's fond memories of holidays in the region, the choice for the 'Perigord Vert' was quickly made.

Their charming retreat offers everything they dreamed of: a beautiful setting where the four seasons come into their own, a crackling fireplace to warm the winter months, and long summer evenings outside with a glass of wine in hand. They thoroughly enjoy outdoor living and maintaining their estate, along with their three dogs, who have all the freedom to frolic here.
