Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor. It is a spacious family room with a double bed and a small double bed, 2 X (70×160 cm), suitable for children up to 9 to 10 years old. The room has ample closet space and has a bathroom with bath/shower, sink, and bidet in its own hallway.
The toilet is opposite the bathroom in the same hallway. The bedroom and bathroom overlook the estate.
